Process:

The products PHENICIA®  will be processed with state-of-the-art processing facility under the strict standards of codex alimentarus. Hence, allowing us to meet the highest sanitary requirements and ensure proper technical procedures with an aim of accomplishing the HACCP certification as soon as the production process begins.

A selected of ripe tomatoes sorted manually and cut mechanically in half. The tomatoes are then dried in dehydrators then taken to the packing line, coded and labelled, and finally stored either frozen (IQF) in negative cold storage rooms at temperature of -18°C, or fresh in positive cold  storage rooms at temperature of +4°C.
The result is a brilliant coloured, intensely flavoured ingredient.
