PHENICIA is planning a sustainable and continuous increase of its production capacity in order to meet both the requirements of the total quality control as well as our customers’ needs and requirements.

DatesDeglet Nour of Tunisia

The Tunisian Deglet Nour is indisputably the queen of all the dates.

Appreciated and adulated for its superior quality and its honeyed flavour. Named  Deglet Nour, or the date of the light, for its golden and translucent color. Its medium size, its fine texture and its smoothly lengthened shape, allow this praised fruit the golden braids of the elegance and the refinery. The higher quality Tunisian date Deglet Nour is cultivated in the Oases of the south of Tunisia, which remains the symbolic country of this variety of dates.


“Dates contain vitamin C but are mainly rich in iron and fibers. They have a laxative effect and considerably reduce cholesterol due to their high iron content. Dates are a blood builder and aid treatment for anaemia.”

Special packings on request :

we are open for all our customers’ requirements and suggestions for any type of special packing. Different vacuum packings with different sizes will be made available (tubs, glass jars, pockets, bucks, cartons and boxes etc..) depending on the kind of the product and our technical ability to adapt.
