Our production

Production and planning:

Starting the 3rd quarter 2010, Phenicia foods plans to start producing seasonal tomatoes which are available from June to September, with an estimated annual production of 250 tons, and 15 tons of finished products ready for shipment weekly. Starting 2011, we plan to start producing off-season tomatoes available from November to May, together with dehydrated fruits and antipasti, hence allowing our corporation to meet its commitment of providing the whole range of its announced products by the end of 2011.

 Antipasti:  a wide range of pure Mediterranean delicacies as:

    Mechouia salad:  grilled sweet pepper and marinated in oil.
    Berber Harissa: dried and crushed hot red pepper and mixed with local spices.
    Aubergines, sweet pepper, courgettes etc..grilled and marinated in oil.
    Artichokes cores etc..

Special packings on request :

we are open for all our customers’ requirements and suggestions for any type of special packing. Different vacuum packings with different sizes will be made available (tubs, glass jars, pockets, bucks, cartons and boxes etc..) depending on the kind of the product and our technical ability to adapt.
